Her leadership has consistently focused on optimizing care delivery, improving patient outcomes, and aligning clinical programs with value-based care models. Shawna's career spans acute, transitional care, home health, and heading a private duty care agency. She has led multidisciplinary teams across multiple states, driven quality improvement strategies, and partnered with providers and payers to meet CMS and MA plan standards. She is also a published author in Care Management journal, where she contributes thought leadership on care coordination. Shawna's expertise in population health, workflow design, and regulatory compliance is complemented by a passion for mentorship and innovation in remote care delivery.
