This 1-hour recorded session explores how artificial intelligence (AI) is transforming healthcare by reducing administrative burden and improving provider efficiency. Participants will gain a practical overview of AI technologies—including machine learning, generative AI, and AI agents—and their growing role in clinical and operational workflows. The course highlights key drivers of clinician burnout, such as documentation and prior authorizations, and examines how AI-enabled solutions (e.g., virtual scribes, automated coding, and prior authorization tools) are streamlining these processes. Through real-world examples and case studies, learners will better understand where AI is delivering measurable impact today and how strategic adoption can enhance both clinician experience and patient care.
This course was recorded live at our 2025 Annual Conference.
